- Not have had your business account previously terminated for violations of applicable laws or platform policies.
Not be listed as a prohibited business entity (e.g., financial offenders, fraudsters).
Prohibited Actions
You are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
Impersonation and Fraud: Provide truthful and accurate registration details, refrain from impersonating other individuals or entities.
Illegal Activities: Engaging in any fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading behavior that violates applicable laws is strictly forbidden.
Service Manipulation: Interfering with or attempting to alter the platform’s functionality, including through unauthorized data scraping or manipulation, is prohibited.
Infringement of Rights: Posting or sharing content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy, or violates the confidentiality agreements of others is prohibited.
Permissions Granted
By using the Service, you grant the following permissions:

Content Removal and Account Management

- Legal Compliance: We may be required to remove content for legal reasons or to comply with court orders.
If your account is terminated or disabled, access to the Service will be immediately revoked, and content may be permanently deleted, subject to our data retention policies. You may request account termination, and the deletion will proceed within 10 days of such request.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
For users located within India, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. For international users, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Maharashtra District Court.
